I went there cause the shop down the street told me he could take me-then said they were too busy-and that my electrical problem may it a few days to diagnose a blown fuse-so I went up the street to Merril Auto-walked in and he said he could look at my electrical problem right away-and it would be 90.00 to diagnose the problem..which was the electrical blowing a fuse-they called me in 45 min told that they found 6 issues and that the total with the problems fixed would be 177.00 and would be done withing 30 minutes! I was so excited they found the problem so fast and the whole experience was such a relief=they were professional,fast, and fair on their pricing..very satisfied!

The reason I chose Merrill Auto electric is because they took the time to explain what might be wrong with my truck, and possible solutions. The other guys said things that made me wonder if they knew what they were doing. I was very happy with the work they did. I feel like the charged me a fair price for their work.

I had a wiring short circuit in my Subaru, took it in to Art for a diagnostic. They charged me for 1 hour labor for the diagnosis as planned, offered to fix it for a reasonable amount but the part that went bad was under warranty from another company so I handled it from that point on with the other retailer. I should have taken it to Merrill in the first place instead of trying to figure it out myself for three long afternoons, would have saved me the time and trouble. Will definitely return in the future if I have any other electrical issues.

thank you Merrill – Merrill Electric is a rare find in today's auto repair industry. I have had bad experiences across the city with both dealers and small shops and Merrill is a breath of fresh air. The kept me up to date throughout the repair (brakes and oil change) and also took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car in terms I could understand. At no point did I feel anything but MY best interest was being served. Jamie, shop manager, was absolutely fantastic as well as the technician who did the repair. I could not recommend a shop more.

Excellent, highly ethical customer service – My son was having starting problems with his Intrigue; he is a college student 1,000 miles away from me, and I helped him find a place to get it fixed. Merrill was extremely responsive and helpful. The problem with the car was very minor, but they found it so quickly they didn't even charge for it. We all know they could have found a way to make the problem seem bigger and charge a lot of money for it. But Merrill showed that they know what they are doing and are an ethical service provider.

Merrill Auto Electric is great. I have all my car repairs done at Merrill Auto Electric. They have always been very professional and I have never had a bad experience with them. They have always kept me informed as to any repairs that need to be done and always try to give me the best estimate of what the cost will be. I know that they don't know what the real cost will be until they start working on my car. They always have notified me when they find more trouble and let me know the added cost before they repair. I would highly recommend Merrill Auto Electric. They are professional, honest and do excellent work.
