Great work!! Had a window motor issue. They exceeded my expectation in fixing the problem.

Great service. Came in looking to change out an expensive part the dealer said was necessary. It was too involved for me and I wasn't paying the dealer 900 to do it. Referred to Merrill by AAA and thank goodness. A diagnostic was run and there was only one piece of that 200.oo part that was even needed. Merrill found a substitute and had my car as good as new by the afternoon. For much cheaper than the part cost from the dealer.

I grew up in a family of engineers and mechanics, I got trained as an aircraft mechanic, and I've been working on cars and getting them serviced for over 50 years now. And my local mechanic sent me to Merril when I had a problem he couldn't solve, saying one of their mechanics was "the guy who taught me everything I know". Well, this was simpley the best experience I ever had with an auto shop. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly. The bill was very reasonable. And the front desk staff were some of the most pleasant and helpful I've ever dealt with. Even though it's an hour and a half drive to get there, with many good shops much closer, they are now the only place I will take my cars and trucks when I have a problem I can't fix myself. I couldn't recommend a shop more highly and have sent some of my best friends there.

Merrill Auto Electric was absolutely amazing. I am so happy we found them for our auto electric work. We worked with Mike who was so thorough in his explanations, eager to work on our unique project, and so easy to communicate with. Mike responds to phone calls and emails very quickly and he always kept us updated on the details of our project. He even researched different batteries for us, as well as installation options, and was able to really help us make a decision for our project. Mike is so knowledgable and confident about the work he does, and it was such a joy to work with him. He was so patient even when we made a last minute change to the project. I would go back to Mike for any auto electric need in the future. The rest of the people at Merrill Auto Electric that we met were also so kind and knowledgable about the work they do. Merrill Auto Electric is a great place. At any phone call they were able to let me know what was going on and what to do next. I would recommend to anyone with electrical auto issues! Worth the money.

had my car towed in by AAA and they look it over to see what needed and called me on what it would cost to fix and was a few more needed but I knew that and had them fix it an got a AAA discount . took a few days but got it done and done right so that's what I care about thanks . and were all friendly there .. thanks
